"By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established."
Proverbs 24:3
We are a family-operated builder serving Cobb County and surrounding areas. Every home we build is guided by faith, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
We believe in serving our clients with honesty, stewarding every project with care, and creating homes that will be cherished for generations.
BUILT FOR PURPOSE
Built Fine Homes began after years of doing commercial retail build-outs. Those years gave us a strong foundation in craftsmanship, project management, and attention to detail—skills that continue to shape every home we build today.
We purchased what was originally planned as a remodel in Smyrna, Georgia. As the project evolved, it became a full new construction home. That unexpected journey taught us invaluable lessons and sparked our passion for building homes from the ground up.
"Sometimes God's plan is greater than our own."
After completing another spec home, we expanded into renovations and whole-home remodels. During the uncertainty of 2020, we pivoted to serve homeowners through remodeling projects. By 2021, we were once again building new construction homes while continuing to transform existing ones, refining our process.
As each project was completed, more families began asking us to build their dream homes. Although we had always focused on our own projects and politely declined custom builds, the demand continued to increase—confirming that homeowners valued our homes.
After years of saying "not yet," we felt God opening a new door. Through countless conversations and repeated requests from families wanting us to build for them, we realized it was time to expand Built Fine Homes into a custom home builder for hire.
Today, we bring the same level of care, craftsmanship, and integrity that defined our spec homes to every custom home we build. We're honored to help families create homes that will be loved for generations.
